Changing the price for individual attendees

WE have an event with 2 different payment options: a lower price €200 for members and a higher one €300 for nonmenbers.

Some people have been getting the member price when they are not members. We would like to send out an invoice to them for the additional amount.

I noticed in the individual attendee profiles there is an option to change the attendee ticket prices. When I change this it saya all attendee ticket prices changed. – Is this for every attendee or just the ones registered by the nonmember in question.

Also, if they have already paid some of the price should I put in the total price of the ticket €300 or the difference €100?

Thanks,

Tim

@tponsonby How are you splitting your member/nonmember prices? If you are using the WP User Integration add-on, the only way non-members would get the member price is if they were additional attendees on a member’s registration. If you’re just using two different price levels, this isn’t really the best way of handling member/nonmember pricing (for obvious reasons that you’ve just described).

You’re better off going into the View/Edit Payment page and editing the prices there. Then you can set the payment to Incomplete and add the amount owing and the correct ticket price.
