Hi
I would like to change the order to show the upcoming events first. I was searching about this, but i found just 1-2 years old posts here about it, and all looked a bit complicated. Are there any function to change the order like how you change the order of wordpress posts? It would be nice if i can write a number from 0-X to make a customized order or change it with drag and drop like in widgets.

You can do that by using a shortcode on a WordPress page along with the start time parameter:
