Greetings,
I need to change the title of an active event that already has attendees. If I change the title of the event will the attendees carry over or will the attendees stay with the previously named event?

Hello,
This works in a similar manner as a WordPress page or post. The event title will change but the slug or the URL portion of the event will remain the same.
Here is an example:
Event title = My Weekend Celebration
Event URL = example.com/events/my-weekend-celebration/
If the title is changed from My Weekend Celebration to Summer Music Festival, then the title will be changed but the URL will remain the same.

Hi Lorenzo,
Thanks for the speedy reply. That sounds like a plan. Now what happens if I change the ticket name? Will the attendees move with the ticket rename?

Hi Tumikia,
The attendees will remain attached to the ticket even after renaming it. For instance, if the name of the ticket is General Admission, has 50 attendees, and you rename it to Main Floor Admission, then the 50 attendees will still show on the Main Floor Admission ticket. They don’t just go away.
