Changing Session Time After Payment

I have a number of events set up so people can book into different session times throughout the day. I have a customer who has booked the wrong time, but completed registration and made payment. How do I move her to the correct time without having to refund and organise payment again, as this is not an option. Thanks

Hello,

You can cancel the registration and then manually add a registration and add the payment and they will receive a new notification about the updated registration details:

You would not need to refund and request a payment again unless the amount due is different.
