We added some messaging to our EE3 shopping cart which was great in that it reduced people phoning in to ask billing questions. Now that we have been put in a position to do virtual events, we need to change the messaging and can’t quite find the files / a way to do this. Can you assist in doing this or pointing us in the right direction (we have not heard back from our developer for some time and the issue has become urgent).
We have Event Espresso – 220.127.116.11.P. We did look at updating to the latest EE3, but are wanting to hold off on this for the time being because updating it causes all the messaging to be removed and the cart to set to 0 rather the 1 when someone presses add to cart. Our priority is to launch a number of webinars.
