How and where can I change the size of the font for Date: October 3, 2013, Start Time: 6:30 pm, and Price: $20.00 on the registration page? I would like it to stand out more than it does now.

Hi,
We dont have settings for display options like this, you need to use cSS.
I am assuming you mean the single registration page.
You could add the following code to the bottom of your themes style.css file or to a plugin like My Custom CSS (http://wordpress.org/plugins/my-custom-css/)
.start_date { font-size: 20px; } /* this is for the date */
.event_time { font-size: 20px; } /* this is for all the times */
.span_event_time_label,
.span_event_time_value { font-size: 20px; } /* this is for the start time wording and actual time - you could split these up if needed */
.event_prices { font-sixe: 20px; } /* for the price - you could split this up if needed: .event_price_label for the wording, .event_price_value for the price amount */
