I have just changed the default invoice template to include Company Name by adding the field [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*COMPANY], and I have also set up custom invoices using the same information. I have double checked the Admin Label for my field and it is COMPANY
However the field is not showing up on my invoices, either global or custom. What am I doing wrong?

I know if they don’t fill in that field it won’t populate, but this one has it, and we have also tried to redo their registration still with no results. I’ve also done 3 test registrations, all with company name, none of which worked either.

The shortcode should be [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Company Name]. You have to put the title Question Text or title after the * asterisk.
