Changes to existing events not saving

I am having an issue with trying to make edits to events that I’ve already created. I try to change the wording of an event’s title, text/content in the description, etc… then I click “update”… the page reloads and shows none of the changes I just made.

I have purged the cache plugin and cleared my browser cache and cookies, but it did not solve the problem.

These situations where data will not save or retrieve new data to the website are almost always caused by caching policies at the server level or by a caching plugin.

Try disabling all caching plugins and try Event Espresso again.

If you find out which caching plugin was causing the issue, please let us know so other people using GoDaddy hosting can know what the problem was.
