In our wordpress installation the browser adress line always showed the subdomain wordpress.domain.de instead of domain.de. We wanted to fix this and changed in wordpress under “settings” -> “general” the wordpress url and the site url to domain.de instead of wordpress.domain.de.
To our surprise eventespresso now blocks new updates with the hint we have to reset the license key charging us 10$. We are neither using a new wordpress installation nor did we move our installation to a new server. All we did was correcting a setting in the wordpress backend. To be honest this is not acceptable and I kindly ask you to provide a free of charge solution for us.
License keys are reset free of charge for cases like these. I’ve reset your key.
