Hello,
I’ve just change my WordPress URL from the testing one to the live system. Now, I’got displayed the message:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
The old domain http://s460411213.online.de/ ist reffered to the new one http://www.deutschepost-cyclingdays.de. How could I change this. So, I can’t to this, if I click on the Button Request Reset (in my account):
“IMPORTANTIf you are submitting this request because of a bug in the license system or because you are moving from a staging server to production, after putting the reason here and submitting the form, just exit the window and we’ll still get your request.”
What should I do?

Hi Claus,
I’ve reset your key. In the future you can avoid needing a key reset by not using the license key on the testing platform.
