Hello,
We have a lot of events set up. Only one of our events is showing the date/times of the event on the website with dates that are not in chronological order.
In EE we have the dates listed in the correct date order. (like all our other events) This one event looks good on our end but the user views the dates out of order. I looked on the support topics and the solutions listed were not applicable or I didn’t have those options/buttons on my screen.
How do we fix this on event?

How do you show your event? Is it through shortcode? Check this Sort and Order by parameter here.
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS order_by=start_date sort=ASC]

If you plan to custom the order of ticket, you can go to event, Click Filter then Set custom order, you can use drag and drop on them.

This is what my web developer said:
So, that is powered directly by the built-in display of Event Espresso and is not using a shortcode. Looking at the Event Dates within the overall event editing area, they are sorted correctly.
It is just one of our events that in EE we have the dates listed as 1/30,2/6 and 2/13.
On the front end/website they appear in the order of 2/6,2/13 and 1/30.
All of our other events are listed in chronological order.
I would think our problem will be a non issue after 1/30. But still it looks unprofessional and makes no sense that one item would have the dates in random order.
