Is it possible to change the language of the hint description from English to German?

Hi there,
Are you using the latest version of the translations? That string is already translated here:
https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/de/event-espresso-de_de/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=22404&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=115978
If you donwload the PO file there, open it in POEdit and save it will generate a MO file.
Rename it to event-espresso-4-de_DE.mo and place that in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/ and EE will use that translation file.
