I have apprx. 12 events that users can register for and I have had multiple users register for the wrong date of an event. Can I change their registration on the WordPress side of things or is there an easy way to change their registration to another event?

We don’t have any functionality to move registrations on other tickets/events built into core, however, the attendee mover add-on allows you to move registrations to different tickets which can either be on the same event or another.
