Change registration detail

Hi,

Supposed I have 2 registrant
Ticket #20 : Name: Testing_20, email: testing_20@gmail.com
Ticket #21 : Name: Testing_21, email: testing_21@gmail.com

my admin accidentally change to
Ticket #20 : Name: Admin, email: admin@gmail.com
Ticket #21 : Name: Admin, email: admin@gmail.com

I tried to change Ticket #20 to Testing_20, but detail contact in Ticket #21 also change to Testing_20 too, seems it change both side..

How to revert back to its original registrant detail? I think it will change directly to database..

Hi Robby,

Were these both part of the same transaction or were they separate transactions?

Hi Robby,

May I ask where are you making the edits? Are you making the edits to the Contact Editor? Do both of these have the same contact ID?

Hi Josh,

I found the problem, my admin told me, they already login to our website, then they manually added 2 registrant, it automatically change :
1. current admin email from admin@gmail to testing20@gmail.com and display name
2. for ticket #20, email address changed to admin@gmail.com

for quick solution, I’m delete #20 and #21 and ask my admin to logout then re-register again
