Change primary attendee on a transaction

Hi, Am looking for a process to change attendees on a completed (and paid) transaction. We would like to cancel a registrant and add another to the same transaction. Currently if we cancel a registrant, the transaction will say it is OverPaid… but we are unable to add an new registrant to that Transaction.

We do not wish to simply change the name of the registrant as this will change Contact Details in Infusionsoft.

Nor do we want to create a new transaction, as this will create a new invoice in Xero.

Hi Philip,

You could temporarily deactivate the Infusionsoft integration add-on and the Xero integration, make the edits, then reactivate the integrations.
