My installation is currently mapped to races1.youtoocanrun.com i am wanting to change this to races.youtoocanrun.com
What would be the process to do so without interrupting the site operations.

Hello,
Here is a guideline written by WordPress about moving your site.
In respect to Event Espresso, once the site is moved, please remove the licence key from the old site and add it to the new site. Please then request a licence reset so you can get the automatic updates on the correct site.

Nope, just let me know here and I can change it. We do normally charge after that point if you then move the site elsewhere etc.

Hi Dean, I have moved the site to races.youtoocanrun.com … it was earlier at races1.youtoocanrun.com.
Have requested for a reset. Kindly help me further.

I have reset it, please remove the key from the general settings, save and re-add it back and save.
