We’ve changed our domain and need to request a reset against our licence key as soon as possible, who and how do I contact for this please?

Hi there,

You currently do not have an active support license so the key does not actually do anything.

The license key provides support and updates from Event Espresso, without an active license the key does not provide updates so resetting the key to your new domain will not do anything.
