Hi there,

Is that the only string you want to change? I’m guessing not which means your would be best setting up translation files following the guide here:

You can download the German translation file from here:

https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/de/event-espresso-de_de/

Use POEdit to search for the above string and set the translation, then generate a MO file and upload it to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/

1. The word “Attendees” on the Personal information section

So thats ‘Attendee %d’

2. The phrase “Please make a payment.” on the confirmation page

That one you edit in the admin.

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Receipt -> Edit Purchaser.

In the Main Content section scroll down to find the [OWING_STATUS_MESSAGE_*] shortcode. You can set the text to use directly within the shortcode:

[OWING_STATUS_MESSAGE_* still_owing='Test']

Would change that to be ‘Test’.
