Change Invoice Formatting

When it EE generates an invoice, it does not show the logo and it displays the company name two times. Then, it displays the HTML breaks. For example:

Company Name

Company Name
123 Faux StreetSuite 1200
Any City, CAUnited
States94123

Have you looked at the invoice settings on the Payment Settings page? That’s where those things are set or changed.

Thanks for the response. Yes, that’s the first place I went to. We only use Paypal and I don’t see any options to change it. The output is like this:

Hi there,

In this case, you’ll need to activate the invoice option on the payment settings page, then configure the options there. If you do not want an invoice option to appear on the payment page along with the PayPal option, you can set “Show as an option on the payment page?” there to No.
