I am having an issue with a change I needed to make in ticket types.
2 Customers registered under wrong ticket type. One was a paid ticket the other was free. Used attendee mover to make them the right ticket types, but it does not register the paid customer as being paid with the previous transaction. How can I fix this?

Hi Laura,
The attendee mover doesn’t create a new transaction, it basically adds the ‘new/moved’ registrations to the current transaction and then sets the status of the ‘original’ registrations to cancelled, so I’m a little confused as to what the problem is.
Can you add a screenshot of the transaction that shows what you are referring to?

I replied to your last email with more images that I prefer to keep private. Did you get the email? I have not seen a response. My event is very close and I need the answer to this problem. We may have more that will need to be changed. I see that many of our clients did the same exact thing. This was a test case to see how to correct their error.
The Titles of the different Events are not big enough on the registration form for them to see them. Not sure how to change this, but it will have to be done for next year’s event anyway. We just need to know how to add someone back onto the the paypal transaction.

Just noting here that I have replied to your query via email.
The Titles of the different Events are not big enough on the registration form for them to see them. Not sure how to change this, but it will have to be done for next year’s event anyway.
You’ll need some CSS for this, if you let me know the section you want to make bigger I can give you an example.
