I’ve already manually fixed the problem but want to ensure client doesn’t have to go through this again. All her events changed by an hour when we went off daylight savings time.
I searched the forums and everything is set up as it should be, with the time zone set to New York registering correctly that we’re currently in standard time. The “this date converted to” box on individual boxes also looks correct.
I just need to know what I must do to prevent this again next spring, as it messed up ticket sales.
