Change Event Datetimes after tickets sold?

Hi, we have had to postpone our event due to this Covid crisis.

I am curious what will happen if I change the Event Datetime? We were basically sold out before changing dates, but now I am issuing many refunds, and people are enrolling again.

I don’t want to “break” anything by changing the dates … we do NOT use the software for checking people in … I simply export all the data in an Access database a few days before the show, so, I am not worried about that.

Just want to be sure I don’t cause any problems by making the change …

Hi Allen,

Changing the dates will be fine. When you change the datetime of the event, the event page will automatically show the corrected dates, and any new registration emails that get sent going forward will include the corrected dates.
