Change event a person signed up for

How come there is no easy way to change the event/date that a customer signed up for? We have customers who need to do this regularly and this seems like such a basic function
‘I saw an old plug in for this but nothing working now
help!

Hi Jason, an existing registration would need to be cancelled which can be done via the registrations overview screen or the registrations overview screen for a specific event. This is the screen that shows the list of registrants/attendees in your WP dashboard.

Then you could manually register an attendee/registrant via your WP dashboard.

When I try to add a manual registrant, it doesnt show quantity or type options like your tutorial shows. And when I click to add tickets, I get this error:
An error has occurred:
You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed.
EED_Ticket_Selector – process_ticket_selections – 514

Hi Jason, could you share a screenshot (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots)? You should see something like this:

If you have recently made any customizations such as adding CSS to hide content, then try reversing those changes.

Hi, you’ll need to ensure that there is at least one active ticket option before you’ll be able to add them to that event.

I have active ticket options, thats how people have been booking the events already

I think I figured that event out. The sale date was set for the future. My mistake on that one for sure. Will try again after correcting..thanks
