I am using a plugin that overrides my blog-roll page with a different template.
My current blog-roll url is www.example.com/articles.
When I access my events list page the URL is www.example.com/articles/events.
Each individual event page as a URL of www.example.com/articles/events/my-event-name.
What I want is for my events list page url to be www.example.com/events and my individual event page to be www.example.com/events/my-event-name. I don’t understand why this isn’t happening normally.

Hi there Ismail,
The permalink settings that are used are through your permalink settings in WP-admin –> Permalinks.
If another plugin is changing them, then they would also be changed for Event Espresso.
