Change default records retrieved to "all"?

We have a lot of events.  It is such a pain to have to re-retrieve “all” the event records or “all” the registrants to find what I’m looking for every time.

Is there a way to change the default so I always have access to all the records?

In includes/event-management/event_list.php line 11, change the 50 at the end of the line to be 100000.
