Hi,

We have a site for our study association, but we have some problems with the EE Calender. In the calender where it shows the date, we have two the same dates, which should be different. If you check our site: http://www.svaaa.nl you can see there is two times “Di” but one should be “Do”. Is there a way I can change this?

Hi,

What version of the calendar are you using? In older versions you can change the wording of the day names via the Calendar Settings http://take.ms/0h4kv

We are using version 2.2.3.p of the calendar, there is an update, but is it possible to update without pro version and without messing up all the settings?

The screenshot you sended doesn’t seem to be in my version.

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification.

That version is translated via the language files and it looks like there is a slight error, as both Tuesday and Thursday have been translated as Di.

The languages currently need updating for EE3, but you can easily change it either using Poedit (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/) to edit the file directly or a plugin such as Quick Localisation (http://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-localization/).
