I’ve just installed EE and set up a cart for two free sessions as described in this thread. All of that worked beautifully.
Since my events are free, I’d really like to change the wording of the “complete registration and continue to payment” button to simply “complete registration.” Is there a template file I can edit?

Hi Stephanie,
I would recommend changing this with the gettext filter. This is something you can drop into your theme’s functions.php file or our custom files add-on’s custom_functions.php file.
I learned about the gettext filter from reading about it in Viper007’s blog:

Hi Stephanie —
Do you mean “Confirm and go to payment page”? If so that’s in cart.php. You can also replace the text strings by editing the language files: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/

Edit: Just noticed my search took me to cart.php in the /includes directory, so….
…or do what Josh said 🙂
