Hi,

You’ll click the “Text” tab (shown in your second screenshot). Then you’ll see this html tag:
<table class="head-wrap" bgcolor="#999999">
and about 6 lines down, this:
<table bgcolor="#999999">

You can change the background color to a different hex value in both places and that will change the color of the header box for that message template.
