Change attendee invoice default email

Can you change the default email (invoice email) that is located in the payment section for each attendee. I would also like to change the send invoice to just send and the email to say something different.

You can change the instructions on the Payment Settings page under Invoice Settings. Which email are you referring to, the attendee email address (which would be edited in the attendee record) or the admin email (which would be edited in the Event Espresso General Settings and/or WordPress General Settings)?

Sorry about the confusion. If you click on the attendees name it bring you into the Registration Information Screen. Over to the right is the view/edit payment link. When you click on this link there is a section called invoice/payment reminder. I see a default email in their and I would like the default to say something different. Plus I would like the “Send Invoice” button to just say send.

If you want to change the default invoice email, you’ll need to use the Email Manager and create a new template, then choose that template from the line that says “Use a pre-existing email ?”.

If you want the Send Invoice to say something different, you’d need to either hack the core files, modify the core functions with the custom files add-on or edit your language files to change Send Invoice to Send. You might be able to modify that default email by editing the language files as well, but I haven’t tested that, so I’m not sure if that editor input is localized.

Ok I will just leave it, I thought it was something simple and I was just missing it. Thanks for all your help.
