Category Tag Shortcode

I am using this code category_slug = NULL, and it does filter by category either by code I have put courses in as the category or by the drop down offered which shows courses. I have made sure the courses is checked on the event. The search works correctly.

Hi,

Can you please clarify where you are trying to use the category_slog parameter.

What shortcode is it being used in? In a post/page or in a template? Can you
provide a link to an example.

Any more information would be appreciated.
