Recently upgraded Event Espresso
Full error: Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Http_Cookie could not be converted to string in /homepages/45/d175500630/htdocs/Ttabamiruka/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3769
After a user has registered and paid via PayPal, when they are redirected back to my site, the following error appears. The only change I have made to the site is upgrading event espresso.
Looking in the forum, it looked like it might be a cache problem but I couldn’t find a clear cut solution.

It seems that this was a problem to do with the wordfence plugin. I removed it and installed another security plugin and now the site is operating fine. If anyone has any insight about what went wrong, it would still be appreciated.

Hi,
Not seen that error message before (I also use WordFence) so it might be one to put to WordFence’s support team.
Generically it looks like the code is looking for one thing and being supplied with another but that’s about as much as I can tell you.
