Captured information not coming over consistently

EE4 Events Calendar v.3.0.0 reg
EE4 Core Regular v4.2.4 reg
Custom Templates Add-on v1.0
JSON API v2.1.1.P
Social Media v1.1.7
Events Calendar v2.2.3.p

This is a new installation.

We have 5 or 6 required questions as part of our registration process to gather data about our attendees. The answers aren’t consistently being captured, so everything shows up blank when the confirmation email is sent to me. Please advise. We need this data for proper reporting. Thank you.

Hi,

Please disable the following if they are active:

Custom Templates Add on
JSON API
Social Media
Events Calendar 2.3.3

None of those will work with Event Espresso 4.

If any of those WERE active and are now deactivated please test your registration process again to see if it is now working.
