Can't view support topics

I have tried to view all of the support topic questions and answers but it says I do not have access to them because I don’t have the personal license but when I login it clearly states that I have the personal license.

Hi there,

I am sorry for the mixup. There was a glitch in our system that caused new users to have the incorrect role. I’ve updated your account, so you’ll now be able to access the support topics for Event Espresso and the add-ons that were included in the package.

The support post ‘Can't view support topics’ is closed to new replies.
