I cant see the list of events under the standard /events archive. I read a post on changing the slug, tried that and it didnt work, so I changed it back. Ive verified I do not have any pages, post, categories or tags with the /events/ slug. https://brookhavenfc.soccer/events/
Also, I created a page with the shortcode so I can test, but when I click on an event, nothing shows on the detail page https://brookhavenfc.soccer/soccer-school-test/

Hi there,
Does the event information display after you temporarily switch to one of the default WordPress themes? You can test out another WordPress without actually switching themes by using the Customizer or the theme test drive plugin.

It works with Twenty sixteen, but obviously I cant use twenty sixteen. Any ideas on what would cause it to break in a theme where all other things work?

The event information gets sent to the web page via the WordPress the_content() filter. If a theme runs some checks on that filter and/or disables functions that use that filter, then you’ll see the issue you reported. If I can download a copy of your theme from somewhere I can take a look at the code and get a better idea of what it’s doing.
