Hello,
As of today there were 3 listed upgrades on my EE 4.x (4.4.5p) site (WordPress 4.0.1. The first one worked fine but the two below do not load with the following errors:
Updating Plugin Event Espresso – Events Table View Template (EE4.3+) (1/2)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – Events Table View Template (EE4.3+): Update package not available.
Updating Plugin Event Espresso – Grid View Template (EE4.3+) (2/2)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – Grid View Template (EE4.3+): Update package not available.
I went here and I don’t find those for download. Any ideas?
Does it matter that I subscribed to the pre-release channell on this site?

Hi Joseph,
Did you purchase the EE4 Table View & Grid View templates separate from your license? I can not seem them within your account.
If so can you please provide the details within this form:

If you include the transaction ID for those purchases a member of our sales team can update your account.

Hello,
I was told I get a grandfathered in licence as I made an early upgrade purchase for EE 4. This includes ALL of the plugins so I’m not sure why they are not shown for me to download. I will follow that link and send them my purchase info.

I’m confused they were there a couple of days ago when I upgraded to EE4 and now they are not listed in my account.
I have a business license so I should get access to all addons. Right?

Hi,
Your current support license is a business support license for Event Espresso 3.
We do not currently have a business support license for Event Espresso 4.
