Can’t update Event Espresso plugins

Our WordPress site is http://www.lifering.org, running WP 3.5.1.  We have a personal Event Espresso licence which I renewed in April; it’s good through April 14, 2014.  I recently was notified that our 3 plugins were all up for renewal.  This is what we have:

Event Espresso 3.1.32.2.P

Event Espresso – Calendar 2.0.5.1

Event Espresso – Social Media 1.1.5

When I tried to upgrade them I got this error, 3 times:

An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available..

My installed plugin page shows this error message:

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.33P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

You gave us a new site license key after I renewed the subscription, and we haven’t changed it since then.  Can someone please clear this so we can upgrade?

Here we go again.  Our WordPress 3.5.1 site, http://www.lifering.org, has these plugins installed:

Event Espresso 3.1.32.2.P

Event Espresso Calendar 2.0.5.1

Event Espresso Social Media 1.1.5

I just got a notice that all 3 are ready to upgrade, BUT they all show this error (with the correct licence #):

We have a personal license for a single site, which expires in April 2014.  We went through this in April right after I renewed the license key, and it’s June and here we are again.  Our site license key has not changed in the interval.  Help?

Hi Kivy,

I’ve reset your license key, again. I’ll speak to the development team to try and make this system more reliable.

Did you only update in April and now in June or did you get updates in between then?

Thank you, that took care of it.  Offhand I don’t remember whether we got Event Espresso updates between April and June.  I ordinarily install updates as soon as I see them pending, and if I’d had any trouble with EE in that period, you’d have heard from me then.  So either you didn’t push any updates in that period, or you did and I installed them without problems.
