After ticket selector it goes to the registration form page. This is where the issue is, as it only shows 1 ticket in the summery even if the user had selected 2 different tickets in the selector. weirdly then when the registration form is filled in and the user presses the register button it then does display the tickets purchased correctly = correct summery & price. Thus I have found a workaround by adding below css it hides the ticket purchase summery on the registration page.

#spco-attendee_information-dv .spco-ticket-info-dv {
display: none;

This is totally counter intuitive for the user. I have been using Event Espresso 3 for over 10 year and I have to say EE3 works better then EE4. I would consider fixing this in future releases. Or provide a fix here please.

I appreciate you are trying to resolve the issue of attendees buying multiple tickets and enter different information for different attendees , but it should not come at the expense of destroying the single user experience or trying to buy two tickets like one for main event and one dinner package ect. . .

Many thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

You can choose to collect the information for each ticket by configuring the questions to be asked of the Primary AND Additional Registrants. See here: https://support.eventespresso.com/article/593-register-multiple-attendees-in-the-same-checkout

Do you have question groups selected for the Additional Registrants?
