I’m just seeing a white box where the key should be. I’ve tried several browsers.

Hi Danny,

How are you today?

You created your account on EventEspresso.com before license keys for Event Espresso lite were available. I’ve manually give your account that license key. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

This shouldn’t be a license key for Event Espresso Lite. I paid for a single license.
Please advise.

Do you have a transaction ID or the email address you used to make your purchase and I’ll try to look it up and associate it with your EventEspresso.com account?

Danny Lopez

I thought it was info@miasoulopen.com, but now I’m not sure. When I log into PayPal to view the receipt it shows this as the invoice ID: 520d07294c906~216.52.207.104

I have three separate single licenses, so it’s getting confusing keeping the accounts separate.

The email may also be toddadel@gmail.com, however I think I’ved used that for one of my 3 licenses already. This is where it gets confusing. I have all three receipts from Event Espresso saved in my email, but of them have a transaction ID.

Your most recent purchase is associated with this account: https://eventespresso.com/users/soulopen

Do you want to change that to the one you’re using for this discussion?

There shouldn’t be two accounts with the name ‘soulopen’ in them. Not sure how that happened. Is there a way to merge the 2? I don’t even have the pw for the soulopen account. Just put in for a reset.

Well, this account (https://eventespresso.com/users/soulopen) has an active license key that is unused so please use that one. Will that work?

Danny Lopez

Can you please tell me what email is associated with the ‘soulopen’ account? I can’t get into that one, only the miasoulopen. Can we merge the two? They shouldn’t both exist.

Hi Danny,

I have emailed Garth to get back to you regarding this as that data cannot be released on an open channel like this.

Thanks, Dean. Any idea when this matter might be resolved The registration for our event opens on Monday and I’d like to have some time to QA the process before we go live. Thanks!

Hi Danny,

The “soulopen” account is associated with the email address: info@miamisoulopen.com

Can I delete the “miasoulopen” account? Attribute your posts to the “soulopen” account?

Danny Lopez

September 17, 2013 at 11:44 am

OK, so there’s the problem. info@miamisoulopen.com is a typo. The actual email should be info@miasoulopen.com. We do not own the miamisoulopen.com domain, and therefore have no way of checking mail there.

If you can change the email to info@miasoulopen.com, which would allow me to do a pw reset and get into the “soulopen” account, then you can delete the “miasoulopen” account and merge my posts.

Please advise.

Ok. Try it now: https://eventespresso.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Danny Lopez

Nope, I tried resetting the pw for “soulopen” account twice and didn’t get the email.

Garth

Sorry about that.

Both accounts can not use the same email (info@miasoulopen.com) address. Please give me a second email address we can use for the ‘soulopen” account. That email address is already used for the “miasoulopen” account.

Please use todd@toddadel.com

Need a different email address again.

Danny Lopez

If that one’s taken too use: todd@maximumcreative.com

Ok. I think that worked. Try resetting the password again.

Danny Lopez

OK, we’re good! You can go ahead and delete the miasoulopen account and attribute all posts to soulopen.

Thank you for all your help!
