For some reason recent users can’t see their current registration history. to further clarify, if a person registers 15 persons for an event. The site shows them only one registration. They can’t edit the registrations. I see all the registrations on the back end but they can’t edit or update the registrations.
If so that output will only show a user ‘their’ registrations, meaning registration that match their account, not registrations they have made.
So when you say:

Did they input separate registration details for each of those tickets?
