If I duplicate a ticket or create a new ticket type I can’t save the changes. The message at the top of the screen says the event was updated but all the changes disappear.
I tried deactivating all plugins but that didn’t change anything.
May I ask does this happen for every event or just one? If it’s just one, and the event already has over, say, 15 ticket types already, then the web server’s max_input_vars limit was reached. In which case you can contact your web host and ask them to raise the limit.
That was it. I increased max_input_vars and now it’s working. Thank you.
