Can't pull certain CSV files

Running: 4.6.11.p
WP: 4.1.1

I am not able to pull a larger (600+ attendee) record csv file.

I get the following error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home1/gotime/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Registry.core.php on line 355

I have no problem pulling other smaller csv files for databases with 200 or 300 atendees, but when I get to the bigger events I either get the fatal error or I get taken to my hosting sites ‘500 Internal error’ page.

I have a support token, and have given you (Lorenzo) access to my back-end.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, could you try adding this towards the middle of your wp-config.php file and then saving changes?

set_time_limit(60);

A current version of Event Espresso 4 introduces a batching feature where the records are retrieved in the background and then combined into one file. This will help with events with thousands of events.
