Cant open word press to see my event espresso

How can I get into my Event Espresso files if I cannot open my dashboard on my wordpress website? I have one live event but I cannot get to the files.

Hi there,

Can you add some more details on this, please?

Why can you not open your dashboard? What happens?

Is there a white screen, or any errors shown?

I need to know what steps you are taking and what is shown on the page as you work through to be able to help with this.
