Can't manually add new attendee

I am trying to add an attendee to our event which is full. In the past I have been able to manually add someone even if the event is full. This time when I tried to add them I got the following message
Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/simon923/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/admin-reports/add_new_attendee.php on line 22

Hi Cameron,

We have a ticket outstanding to look into the error message but the system will not now allow over booking.

Please increase the event capacity before adding a new attendee.
