Can't login into App

I am unable to login into the ticketing app – it says “please update your credentials and try again”

Currently using the same credentials as the ones associated with my user account. Am I missing something?

Make sure that the endpoint URL is the same URL as the WordPress site URL, (not necessarily the blog URL if WordPress is installed in a different location.)

Hi Josh.

The installation is in the root of mydomain.com, thus the endpoint should be mydomain.com, right?

Still not able to login …

Is this a single site, or WordPress multi-site installation?

Have you checked the permissions of the espresso-services folder?

It’s a single site and the services jfolder is set to rwxr-xr-x (755).

This should be correct right?

That should be right. I get that same message when I enter the wrong password. Can you try creating another admin account and logging in with that one?
