I can’t log into the iPad scanner app. When I try, I get the following message, “Sorry, Cant log in. Bad username and password combination.” The credentials work fine when logging into the iPhone scanner app. I have the JSON API installed. Is there something that I need to configure?
I am using Event Espresso Version 3.1.34.P, Ticketing Version 2.0.10.1, and JSON plugin Version 2.0.2.p The iPad app version is 1.5.8.
I changed the password to not include a symbol and I can now get in. Thank you.
