Can't get software downloads or see account info

I’m logged into my EE account but I can’t find a record of purchases or get software downloads.

My apologies for the trouble.

I can’t see a reason for this on your account but I’ve asked our sales to investigate (they deal with account issues like this more than me) and get this fixed for you.
