cant get custom questionaire to just show up on individual events

I am having so much trouble with your version 3. My developer did do some customization to the software but that is not where I am having the trouble. I am no longer working with him and would like the name of someone who works with your product and can help me.

I have spent hours and hours trying to get this to work only to come up against a wall and spending the 70 dollars for your help.

1. When trying to create an event that is no charge, how can we do that?
2. Currently I ahve 2 events listed and one has a custom questionaire about meals. For the event that needs that info that is fine but when I created another event, those questions show up on that registration form and I can not find a way to have it not show up.
3. is there a way to not have the bottom ticket icon hidden?

Hi there,

No charge events can be set up by setting the price to 0.00.

If you can go to your account page and click the link where it says “To redeem your token please complete this form” I can log in and check which question group has the questionnaire about meals, and look into the bottom ticket icon being hidden issue.

Ben from Cosmik Carrot might be able to help you with using Event Espresso once we’re done with this token.

Please note that if you have any other questions about using Event Espresso, you’re always welcome to ask for help here in the support forums. Support tokens are optional and we usually only ask for the support token purchase if you require support staff to log into your site to troubleshoot or if you require priority support.
