Hi All,
I have not been able to find a release date (If there is one). We want to schedule some development on a previous system but we might want to wait if v4 is close.
Just to confirm, it uses custom post types for event’s, yeah?

Hi Deborah,
Event Espresso4 does use custom post types for events. We will announce release dates in our blog and in the forums as a sticky post when the beta is released. You can also track the development progress if you sign up for alpha testing:
