Can’t download updated versions of plugin for development

I have an active license for EE, Calendar, Promotions, and Stripe Gateway add ons. When I navigate to one of my installed addon pages I get a 500 error, ie: https://eventespresso.com/product/ee4-events-calendar/ – error only happens when logged in.

Also, in myaccount I don’t see where to download my available software, ie: EE core and addons

Can you give me the link to the page that gives you a 500 error?
