When i click the “Registrations CSV Report” it doesn’t work.

Generating file event-espresso-registrations-2025-02-06-14-10-18.csv…
0% (0/16)

this is the message it comes up with. When it is done, nothing shows up in the downloads and it just routes me back to the previous page. Can i get some help

Hi there,

That usually means the download was blocked which happens if the site loads of HTTPS but the download is streamd via HTTP.

On your site, if you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General

Are the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ fields set to use HTTP or HTTPS?

Hi Tony,

It says that it is http://destinationimagination.ca for both wordpress address and site address.

It says that it is http://destinationimagination.ca…

Ok, so thats why, the site is set up to use HTTP and then redirect everything to HTTPS.

Those fields need to be using https://destinationimagination.ca

However, rather than fixing those manually I recommend using a plugin such as this one:

https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

To set up the site to use SSL correctly.

I have downloaded the plugin.

Did you run through the Really Simple Security onboarding process? It should have set the above for you. (You don’t need to sign up for any services etc)

Where do i go to change the site to https://destinationimagination.ca ???

To manually set them you go to the page I mentioned above:

Dashboard -> Settings -> General

Set the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ fields set to use HTTPS and save.

But I recommended using the above plugin as it does a little more than just change those options for you.
